Text

Except as provided in section 4 of this chapter, a state educational institution shall:

(1)admit a senior citizen to a scheduled course where there is space available; and
(2)grant a waiver of the tuition assessed for the course as provided in section 3 of this chapter. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-19.3-4(a).]
