§ 21-14-5-2 — Duties of state educational institutions
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 14 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 5 Tuition Exemption for Senior Citizens
Except as provided in section 4 of this chapter, a state educational institution shall:
(1)admit a senior citizen to a scheduled course where there is
space available; and
(2)grant a waiver of the tuition assessed for the course as
provided in section 3 of this chapter.
