§ 21-14-4-3 — Purpose
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 14 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 4 Educational Costs Exemption
For purposes of this chapter, the commission
shall define mandatory fees that qualify as educational costs.
