(a)IC 20-12-19-1 (as added by
P.L.52-2000, before its repeal, now codified at section 1 of this
chapter) applies to a student enrolled at a state educational institution
after July 31, 2000.
(b)IC 20-12-19-2 (as added by P.L.52-2000, before its repeal, now
codified at section 8 of this chapter) applies to a student enrolled at a
state educational institution after July 31, 2000.
