§ 21-14-2-7 — Rate setting procedures
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 14 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 2 Tuition, Fees, and Charges
The rates must be set according to the
procedure set forth in section 8 of this chapter not later than sixty (60)
days after the state budget bill is enacted into law.
