Text
(a)Subject to subsection (c), a qualified
nonresident veteran who enrolls in a state educational institution not
later than three (3) years after the date of the qualified nonresident
veteran's discharge or separation from the armed forces of the United
States or the Indiana National Guard is eligible to pay the resident
tuition rate determined by the state educational institution for a
qualified course taken by the qualified nonresident veteran while
attending the state educational institution.
(b)A qualified nonresident veteran is eligible to pay the resident
tuition rate for a qualified course regardless of the fact that the
qualified nonresident veteran does not reside in Indiana and has not
established Indiana residency under the otherwise applicable policies
of the state educationa
