§ 21-14-13-5 — Enrollment date limitations
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 14 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 13 Resident Tuition for Military Personnel Serving on the
A person otherwise eligible under section 4
of this chapter who enrolls in a state educational institution later than
twelve (12) months after the date of the person's discharge or
separation from the armed forces of the United States is subject to the
tuition policies determined by the state educational institution.
