§ 21-14-11-1 — Lawful presence required for resident tuition rate; exception

(a)This section does not apply to an
individual who was enrolled in a state educational institution on or
before July 1, 2011.
(b)An individual who is not lawfully present in the United States is
not eligible to pay the resident tuition rate that is determined by the
state educational institution.
