§ 21-13-12-16 — Certification of full-time status

The Indiana commission on court
appointed attorneys shall annually certify to the commission whether
a full-time public defender described in section 3(a)(2) of this chapter
is maintaining a full-time equivalent caseload for meeting eligibility
requirements of the scholarship program.
