§ 21-13-11-6 — Investments

Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 13 OCCUPATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS AND·Ch. 11 Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics
The treasurer of state shall invest the money in the fund not currently needed to meet the obligations of the fund in the same manner as other public money may be invested. Interest that accrues from these investments must be deposited in the fund.
