§ 21-12-7-1 — Twenty-first century scholars program support fund; administration

Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 12 GENERAL SCHOLARSHIPS AND GRANTS·Ch. 7 Twenty-First Century Scholars Program Support Fund;

(a)The twenty-first century scholars program support fund is established to provide reimbursements to scholarship recipients to offset educational support costs incurred by scholarship recipients.

(b)The commission shall administer the fund.

(c)The treasurer of state shall invest the money in the fund not currently needed to meet the obligations of the fund in the same manner as other public funds may be invested.

(d)Money in the fund at the end of a state fiscal year does not revert to the state general fund but remains available to be used for providing money for twenty-first century scholarships under this chapter. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-70.1-5 part.]
