Text

(a)The state comptroller shall create a separate and segregated freedom of choice grant fund distinct from the higher education award fund.
(b)The expense of administering the fund may be paid from money in the fund. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-21-18 part.]
