§ 21-12-3-3 — Eligibility for awards

Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 12 GENERAL SCHOLARSHIPS AND GRANTS·Ch. 3 Higher Education Awards

To maintain eligibility a student is not required to:

(1)attend an approved postsecondary educational institution; or
(2)receive an award; in consecutive semesters or quarters. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-21-6(c).]
