Text
If at the end of a fiscal year part of the
money appropriated for that year for the purposes of this chapter
remains unspent, it may be spent for those purposes during the next
fiscal year, or it may be transferred to another fund under this article as
directed by the commission under IC 21-12-1.2-2.
