§ 21-12-3-2 — Limitation on eligibility

A higher education award recipient is not eligible for assistance after the recipient has received an award for the number of academic terms that constitutes four (4) undergraduate academic years. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-21-6(b).]
