§ 21-12-3-14 — Certification of applicants
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 12 GENERAL SCHOLARSHIPS AND GRANTS·Ch. 3 Higher Education Awards
The commission shall certify to the state
comptroller the name and address of every applicant to whom an award
has been issued. An award is effective during the academic year
immediately following its award, and records and accounts relating to
it shall be kept accordingly.
