§ 21-12-16-7 — Contract requirements
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 12 GENERAL SCHOLARSHIPS AND GRANTS·Ch. 16 Next Generation Hoosier Educators Scholarship
Before receiving a scholarship under this chapter, the applicant must enter into a contract with the commission agreeing to:
(1)the terms and conditions described in section 5(a)(5),
5.5(b)(4), or 5.5(c)(4) of this chapter, as applicable; and
(2)any other terms and conditions established by the commission.
