§ 21-12-10-1 — "Publicly supported school"

Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 12 GENERAL SCHOLARSHIPS AND GRANTS·Ch. 10 Mitch Daniels Early Graduation Scholarship

As used in this chapter, "publicly supported school" means the following:

(1)A school corporation (as defined in IC 20-18-2-16(a)).
(2)A charter school (as defined in IC 20-24-1-4).
(3)A high school maintained by a state educational institution under IC 20-24.5 or another law.
