This chapter applies to an individual who:

(1)did not graduate from high school with an Indiana diploma with a Core 40 with academic honors designation;
(2)has received an associate degree;
(3)after receiving the associate degree, enrolls in a baccalaureate degree program; and
(4)otherwise qualifies for an award.
