Text

Subject to the provisions of IC 2-7-2-6(a), it is unlawful for any full-time public official or public employee in the state of Indiana, to receive compensation, other than the regular compensation of elected or appointed officials, for lobbying. As added by Acts 1981, P.L.9, SEC.1. Amended by Acts 1982, P.L.9, SEC.7.
