§ 2-7-5-2 — Full-time public officials and employees; compensation

Indiana·Art. 7 LOBBYISTS·Ch. 5 Prohibitions

Subject to the provisions of IC 2-7-2-6(a), it is
unlawful for any full-time public official or public employee in the
state of Indiana, to receive compensation, other than the regular
compensation of elected or appointed officials, for lobbying.
