Indiana Statutes
§ 2-7-3-4 — Substantiation; preservation of documents; inspection
Each lobbyist shall obtain and preserve all
documents necessary to substantiate the activity reports required under
this chapter for four (4) years from the date of filing of the report
containing these items. The lobbyist shall make these materials
available for inspection upon request by the commission.
