§ 2-7-1-9 — "Lobbying"

"Lobbying" means communicating by any means, or paying others to communicate by any means, with any legislative person with the purpose of influencing any legislative action. As added by Acts 1981, P.L.9, SEC.1. Amended by P.L.58-2010, SEC.12.
