Text

"Legislative action" means any matter within the authority of the general assembly; it includes the drafting, introduction, consideration, modification, enactment, or defeat of any bill, resolution, amendment, report, or other matter by the general assembly or by either house or any committee, subcommittee, joint or select committee thereof, or by a member or employee of the general assembly acting in his official capacity. "Legislative action" also means the action of the governor in approving or vetoing any bill. As added by Acts 1981, P.L.9, SEC.1.
