The two (2) color logotype is dark blue and dark yellow on white. Referring to the black and white logotype illustrated in section 2 of this chapter, the two (2) color logotype is colored as follows:
(1)The outer and inner white rings, the six (6) inner white stars,
and the black lines in the dome are dark yellow.
(2)The outer circle of thirteen (13) stars, the dome, the flagpole,
and the flag are white, except for the lines in the dome.
(3)The portion of the black and white logotype that appears in
black is dark blue except:
(A)the lines in the dome; and
(B)the black circle that surrounds the outer white ring is
deleted.
