§ 2-5-53-6 — Members; quorum; meetings
(a)Except as provided in subsections (b), (c),
(d), and (e), IC 2-5-1.2 applies to the task force.
(b)The task force consists of the following ten (10) members of the
general assembly:
(1)Three (3) members appointed by the president pro tempore of
the senate.
(2)Two (2) members appointed by the minority leader of the
senate.
(3)Three (3) members appointed by the speaker of the house of
representatives.
(4)Two (2) members appointed by the minority leader of the
house of representatives.
A member of the task force serves at the pleasure of the appointing
authority.
(c)The task force shall meet as called by the chair. All meetings of
the task force shall be open to the public in accordance with and
subject to IC 5-14-1.5. All records of the task force shall be subject to
the requiremen
