§ 2-5-35-6 — Duties of the commission
The commission shall work with the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws to:
(1)research;
(2)draft; and
(3)promote the enactment of;
uniform state laws in areas of state law where uniformity is desirable
and practical.
