Text
The chairman, or acting chairman for the time
being, of any committee appointed by either house or by the joint
action of the two (2) houses, of the general assembly of this state be
and is hereby authorized to administer all oaths necessary to be
administered to witnesses testifying or called to testify before such
committee.
