Indiana Statutes
§ 2-3-8-1 — Private attorneys
The House of Representatives and Senate of the
Indiana General Assembly are hereby authorized and empowered to
employ attorneys other than the Attorney General to defend any law
enacted creating legislative or congressional districts for the State of
Indiana.
