Text

In order to reimburse the members of the general assembly for the expenses they incur in providing legislative services, each member shall receive such per diem and such other expense reimbursements as may be provided by law. The officers of the senate and the house of representatives shall also receive such additional allowances as may be provided to them by law. Formerly: Acts 1955, c.65, s.3; Acts 1963(ss), c.25, s.4. As amended by Acts 1981, P.L.7, SEC.2.
