§ 16-52-4-1 — Complaints; investigation; negotiation; violations
(a)Any individual may file a complaint against
a temporary health care services agency in writing with the division.
(b)The division is responsible for investigating a complaint against
a temporary health care services agency filed under subsection (a) in
accordance with IC 4-6-9-4.5.
(c)If the division determines that a complaint is substantiated, the
division shall inform the state department and the state department
shall:
(1)oversee any negotiations between the parties of the complaint;
and
(2)determine any proper action to take against the temporary
health care services agency for a violation under this article.
