§ 16-52-1-3 — "Health care facility"
As used in this article, "health care facility" includes the following:
(1)A housing with services establishment (as defined in IC 12-10-15-3).
(2)A private mental health institution licensed under IC 12-25.
(3)An ambulatory outpatient surgical center licensed under IC 16-21-2.
(4)A hospital licensed under IC 16-21-2.
(5)A hospice program licensed under IC 16-25-3.
(6)A home health agency licensed under IC 16-27-1.
(7)A health facility licensed under IC 16-28-2 or IC 16-28-3.
(8)A child caring institution or group home licensed under IC 31-27.
