§ 16-49-4-3 — Confidentiality statements
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 49 CHILD FATALITY REVIEWS·Ch. 4 Statewide Child Fatality Review Committee
All members of the statewide child fatality
review committee and any individuals invited to attend a meeting of the
statewide child fatality review committee shall sign a confidentiality
statement prepared by the state child fatality review coordinator.
