Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 46 STATE HEALTH GRANTS AND PROGRAMS·Ch. 9 Grants for Tuberculosis Programs
Grants made under this chapter shall be made
under the laws and rules governing the action of both state and local
(municipal and county) governmental units in these matters.
