Text

(a)The breast cancer research fund is established for the purpose of carrying out this chapter. The state department shall administer the fund.
(b)The fund consists of the following:
(1)Amounts, if any, distributed to the fund from the Indiana tobacco master settlement agreement fund.
(2)Gifts, bequests, and other sources of funding.
(c)The expenses of administering the fund shall be paid from money in the fund.
(d)The treasurer of state shall invest the money in the fund not currently needed to meet the obligations of the fund in the same manner as other public money may be invested.
(e)Money in the fund at the end of a state fiscal year does not revert to the state general fund.
(f)Money in the fund is continuously appropriated for the purposes of the fund.
