Text
As used in this chapter, "cancer center" means one (1) of the following:
(1)An institution that has been designated by the National Cancer
Institute as a:
(A)comprehensive cancer center;
(B)clinical cancer center; or
(C)basic laboratory cancer center.
(2)A cancer research facility that is formally part of an approved
postsecondary educational institution (as defined in IC 21-7-13-6(b)).
