§ 16-46-6-2 — Minority

Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 46 STATE HEALTH GRANTS AND PROGRAMS·Ch. 6 Interagency State Council on Black and Minority Health

As used in this chapter, "minority" means an individual identified as any of the following:

(1)Black or African-American.
(2)Hispanic or Latino.
(3)Asian.
(4)American Indian.
(5)Alaska Native.
