§ 16-46-6-11 — Annual reports
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 46 STATE HEALTH GRANTS AND PROGRAMS·Ch. 6 Interagency State Council on Black and Minority Health
The council shall submit a report in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 to the general assembly before November 1 of each year. The report must include the following:
(1)The findings and conclusions of the council.
(2)Recommendations of the council.
