§ 16-46-5-5 — Maternal and child health clinic

As used in this chapter, "maternal and child
health clinic" means a clinic that provides quality, comprehensive
prenatal, child health, or family services to a person who would
otherwise be unable to obtain these services due to financial or
geographic barriers.
