§ 16-46-5-18 — Disbursement report
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 46 STATE HEALTH GRANTS AND PROGRAMS·Ch. 5 Indiana Health Care Professional Recruitment and
(a)If money is received and disbursed under
this chapter in a particular state fiscal year, the state department shall
submit to the governor and the general assembly a report on the
following before November 1 of the following state fiscal year:
(1)The receipt, disbursement, and use of funds.
(2)The identification of shortage areas.
(3)The number of applications for loan repayment by the
following categories:
(A)Profession.
(B)Specialty.
(C)Underserved area to be served.
(4)The number and amount of loan repayments provided by the
state department.
(b)A report submitted to the general assembly under this section
must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.
