Text
An individual is eligible to participate in a program if the individual:
(1)is an Indiana resident;
(2)has an income that does not exceed seven hundred percent
(700%) of the federal poverty level;
(3)resides in an underserved area, as determined by the
organization or entity; and
(4)is eligible to participate in a cancer clinical trial.
