§ 16-46-17-8 — Vacancies
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 46 STATE HEALTH GRANTS AND PROGRAMS·Ch. 17 Rare Disease Advisory Council
If a vacancy occurs on the council, the
governor shall appoint a qualified individual to serve the remainder of
the term within sixty (60) days of receiving notice of the vacancy.
