§ 16-46-17-6 — Member terms
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 46 STATE HEALTH GRANTS AND PROGRAMS·Ch. 17 Rare Disease Advisory Council
(a)The term of a member appointed to the
council is four (4) years.
(b)Terms for appointed members begin on July 1 and end on June
30 of an odd-numbered year.
(c)An appointed member may not serve more than one (1) complete
term.
(d)Notwithstanding subsection (a), the initial terms of the appointed
members of the council under section 5 of this chapter are as follows:
(1)Members appointed under section 5(b)(1), 5(b)(4), 5(b)(7),
and 5(b)(10) of this chapter, for a term of two (2) years.
(2)Members appointed under section 5(b)(2), 5(b)(5), 5(b)(8),
and 5(b)(11) of this chapter, for a term of three (3) years.
(3)Members appointed under section 5(b)(3), 5(b)(6), and 5(b)(9)
of this chapter, for a term of four (4) years.
