§ 16-46-17-10 — Quorum
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 46 STATE HEALTH GRANTS AND PROGRAMS·Ch. 17 Rare Disease Advisory Council
Eight (8) members of the council constitute
a quorum. The affirmative vote of a majority of the quorum is required
for the council to take any action.
