§ 16-46-16-3 — Written report
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 46 STATE HEALTH GRANTS AND PROGRAMS·Ch. 16 Strategic Plan to Reduce Diabetes
Before December 31, 2019, the state department shall deliver a written report to the governor and, in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6, to the general assembly that includes:
(1)the strategic plan developed under section 1 of this chapter;
and
(2)recommendations on goal implementation and schedule
compliance related to the strategic plan developed under section
1 of this chapter.
