6.

(a)A local health department, health care provider, or other human services provider may submit a proposal for a grant under this chapter to be used to provide instruction on the use of fertility awareness-based family planning methods.
(b)A proposal for a grant to be used to provide instruction on the use of fertility awareness-based family planning methods is not subject to the requirements of section 3(b) of this chapter.
(c)Not later than July 1 of each year, the state department shall submit a report to the governor, and, in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6, to the legislative council, that provides information concerning grants awarded for the purpose of providing instruction on the use of fertility awareness-based family planning methods.
