§ 16-46-13-2 — Certification of small employer wellness programs

(a)A small employer may submit to the state
department for certification a wellness program developed by the small
employer.
(b)The state department shall review and, based on the criteria
established under section 1 of this chapter, make a determination of
whether to certify a wellness program submitted under subsection (a)
as a qualified wellness program.
(c)If a wellness program is certified by the state department, the
state department shall provide to the small employer a certificate
reflecting that the wellness program is a qualified wellness program for
purposes of IC 6-3.1-31.2.
