Text
4. Not later than January 1 of each year, the state department shall, subject to state appropriations:
(1)allocate money under sections 2.2 and 2.3 of this chapter to
each eligible local public health fund; and
(2)determine the amount of money under sections 2.2 and 2.3 of
this chapter that remains after all allocations have been completed
under subdivision (1).
