5.
(a)Each county shall establish a separate
fund known as the local public health services fund to receive local
board of health funding under this chapter.
(b)Money disbursed under this chapter may only be deposited in
the local public health services fund established under this section.
(c)The fund may be used only for appropriating money and
allocating expenditures for the purposes described in section 3 of this
chapter.
