§ 16-45-4-2 — "Pilot program"
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 45 FEDERAL AID FOR HEALTH PROGRAMS·Ch. 4 Rural Health Care Pilot Program Support Fund
As used in this chapter, "pilot program" refers
to the rural health care pilot program established by the Federal
Communications Commission under 47 U.S.C. 254(h)(1)(A) to provide
federal funding to support the construction of state or regional
broadband networks and the services provided over those networks.
