§ 16-44-2-19 — Disposition of funds collected
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 44 PRODUCT LABELING AND INSPECTION·Ch. 2 Inspection, Sale, and Delivery of Petroleum Products
All money collected for inspections under
this chapter shall be deposited in the petroleum storage tank excess
liability trust fund established by IC 13-23-7-1.
