§ 16-44-2-13 — Rules and regulations governing inspections, forms, and enforcement

The state department may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 concerning the following:
(1)Methods of inspections.
(2)The providing of forms required.
(3)Other matters necessary for the enforcement of this chapter.
